Our cuisine is influenced by the flavors and styles of many French and Polish cultures and all of our dishes are presented as a master-piece from our chief.

The philosophy of the Tavern is simple: Don't serve the customer, pamper him! A jazz that does it all! Featuring Mr. Jerry Harris ans Ms. Sally Smith (Ms. Virgin Islands Jazz) you will enjoy every minute of entertainment.

Often you will see visitors drop in with their instruments and set-in with the group. We have had people from all over the world join the Jerry and Sally and amaze the crowd. This makes the evening a "Can not miss event".
